Real-time by default
Live results, live tracking, live announcer - all driven by the same event bus. No "publish to web" button. No delay.
RaceTime started in the timing tent: 15+ years of marathons, triathlons and championship events, turned into the platform its founder always wanted on race day. In its first season it carried the Warsaw Marathon and the Garmin Gdańsk Half Marathon - on the same weekend.
I've spent more than 15 years inside the sports timing industry - working with leading European timing companies as Head of Timing on hundreds of events, from local 5Ks to mass-participation marathons with tens of thousands of finishers, and championship-level races at European and World level across multiple disciplines.
Over those years I've built and shipped enterprise software for the sports industry, and I know the field from the inside - not just as a technical project manager, but as the person standing in a wet timing tent at 6am trying to recover from a hardware failure. In parallel, I'm currently managing an enterprise-grade event registration platform for one of the world's most recognised action-sports brands - owning the roadmap, dev team, infrastructure, and a multi-market payments system.
RaceTime is the culmination of that career. It's the system I wanted on every race day - and the one I'd happily use myself, on my own events, without compromise.
In 2026, timing companies ran their events on RaceTime - from local 5Ks to big-city marathons.
6,782 participants, timed by STS Timing. Within weeks, the Europe Triathlon Cup in Olsztyn and Rzeszów followed.
datacapo times the Salzkotten, Wiesbaden and Münster marathons on RaceTime.
ENEA Bydgoszcz Triathlon with triathlon and quadrathlon results, then the 35. Bieg Powstania Warszawskiego in Warsaw.
City runs across Poland, a business relay with 1,465 teams, a castle triathlon and a cycling tour - all live at once.
Including the 48th Warsaw Marathon and the PSG Garmin Gdańsk Half Marathon - live results for every one of them.
Angled live maps, a leader map for the men's and women's races, and confirmed race moments for spectators.
The hardest moments in timing aren't the calm ones at the office. They're the moments where a chip wasn't read, an antenna dropped offline, and the announcer is asking for the top 3 in 90 seconds. Every decision in RaceTime is shaped by those moments - by someone who has actually lived them.
Live results, live tracking, live announcer - all driven by the same event bus. No "publish to web" button. No delay.
40+ events and 50,000 participants in a single weekend, and race-day runbooks for when hardware misbehaves.
Course setup as a timeline. Hardware priority and timing rules you can actually read. Reports built in a guided wizard, not buried in menus.
Most race-day traffic is on a phone. Results, favourites and the 3D live map are designed for that audience first.
RaceResult, ChronoTrack, and MyLaps supported today - with a clean abstraction layer ready for whichever vendor you need next.
The free trial isn't a marketing gimmick - it's an open invitation to run a real event on RaceTime and help shape where it goes next.
Changes are planned around the race calendar and tested on real race data. If anything slows down, spectators keep seeing the latest complete results.
Every calculated time is auditable. You can trace exactly how a result was produced and why - full transparency over the math.
A simple event takes minutes to configure. A complex multi-stage relay with custom rankings is still possible - without code.
Operators waiting on a calculation is a bug. Spectators waiting on a refresh is a bug. We measure both and we keep them low.
Export, integrate, archive - no lock-in. Each timing company's data stays separate, and the server enforces it.
Run your first three events on RaceTime free - full feature access and a direct line to the team building the platform.
