How it works

From "I'm in" to your first race on RaceTime.

  1. Tell us about your races

A short form below: your timing company, hardware and the events you run. About three minutes.

  2. A 30-minute call

We show you the platform, you tell us about your race day, and together we pick your first event.

  3. Set up and rehearse

Your account goes live with a guided setup. Import participants, add the course and replay a race before the real one.

  4. Your first race on RaceTime

We're on standby on race day for your first one - both technically and as a partner. You're never on your own with a new platform.

  5. Decide with real results

After three events, continue as a Founding Partner with preferred pricing and a first-year discount, invoiced monthly and agreed in writing before anything is charged. Or stop, and take your data with you.

Tell us about your timing operation.

Three minutes. No commitments. We'll come back to you within 5 working days.

The more specific, the better. This is the bit we actually read most carefully.

FAQ

A few common questions, answered honestly.

How much does the free trial cost?

Your first three events are free. After that, join as a Founding Partner for preferred pricing plus a first-year discount, always agreed in writing before anything is charged.

What happens after my three free events?

You decide. Continue as a Founding Partner with pricing agreed in writing up front and a monthly invoice, or stop and export your data.

Is 3D live tracking included?

Yes. Every feature is included in the trial. Live tracking works from your course file and the timing points you already use.

What if my hardware isn't supported?

We currently integrate with RaceResult, ChronoTrack, and MyLaps. If your hardware is different, mention it in the form - we evaluate new integrations on demand.

Can I run a big event during the free trial?

Yes. RaceTime has handled 40+ events and 50,000 participants in a single weekend, and we'll work with you on your first one.

Where is the data hosted?

In the European Union, on Amazon Web Services. Each timing company's data stays separate, and the server enforces it. A data processing agreement is part of the setup.

How quickly can my first event go live?

Your account can be ready within days of our call, and you create events yourself. We help with the participant import, course and timing setup for your first race.

Can I migrate historic data in?

Yes - we have import paths for participants, results, and historic events. We help with this directly during onboarding.

Which languages do participants see?

Public results, profiles and kiosks are available in Polish, English, German, French and Spanish, in kilometres or miles.
